We would like do a 1000 square foot addition to our ranch home, do a 6-8 ft. bump-out off the back of the house to extend our dining room and a bedroom, and add a porch roof to our already-existing front porch. I have an unfinished basement I would like to build out. The basement would need electrical and plumbing drawings for a bathroom, bedroom, storage room, bar area, and main entertainment room. The area is approximately 1,500 sqft.
