Hi, I'm looking for a visual concept plan (CAD & Revit or similar) for a building development to change the use of this existing restaurant building into either flats or houses with two purpose built small retail units in the existing car park area. The land drops down a banking at the rear so the flats can be built at a maximum two storey from the road front.
