I dispatch 48 FT and 53FT Flatbed, dry vans and reefers across America. The company I worked for Abfreight LLC, LGTI Logistics and Crosstown logistics run both local and Interstate. In my job I search for loads on different load board such as DAT, Truckstop, TQL, Landstar, etc. Book the loads by calling the brokers and then make sure all the information is correct by contacting the shipper and receiver especially for PU# and Appt timing. I also get the detention and TONU's . I also do the invoicing with our factoring company. To make sure all the driver got the load info while continuously keeping in touch with them and track them on their ELD's. I do fill the carrier packet and Sign the Rate Confirmation and maintain a detailed spreadsheet of all the loads booked and driver's inform sheets. - I am a seasoned Executive Assistant with over 3 years of Executing Administrative Support duties. - I make use of Microsoft Office packages and digital collaboration tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Google drive & Spreadsheet, Emails, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
