Hello freelancers,

A small German cosmetic company that was established for more then 100 years ago, needs a minor logo design upgrade.
Small evolutionary upgrade - not revolutionary!

We have scanned the logo (see attached).
Color: You can use the same red dark color or just do it as black or dark grey.

Please improve it and write the company name below of it as "Heinrich Simons" and "since 1895". Feel free in the font type, but overall it should look clear, professional and minimalistic.
