I need a mobile application. I want to start with IOS and then possibly Android. I want the mobile application to be able to send and receive P2P payments between the users of the app. I also want the app to be able to make deposits and withdrawals from user's bank accounts. This will also need a feature for lending directly to mobile. This contest is for someone to sketch all the components that I will need to present to a programer so that they can get an idea of what I want the mobile application to do.
