  M-am uitat peste proiectul dumneavoastra, si mi se pare destul de ambitios. De altfel, nu stiu cum ati reusi sa faceti tot ceea ce v-ati propus acolo, dar este treaba dumneavoastra. Ca sa nu mai pomenesc faptul ca anumite analize pe care doriti sa le realizati, sunt - in sine - subiective (exp: riscul de credit). Deci succesul dumneavoastra va depinde exclusiv de cat de bine veti realiza astfel de analize - si va spun sigur ca aveti niste competitori foarte seriosi :). Nu veti obtine niciodata un plan viabil de afaceri sustinand un concurs. Am mai vazut astfel de incercari. Pentru ca un plan are nevoie de informatii confidentiale (lasand la o parte bugetul mai mare) - pe care trebuie sa le furnizati in privat. Va veti alege numai cu templates - ca sa zic asa, pe care le puteati obtine gratuit.

     Vorbele tale si-ar fi gasit valoare acum 4 ani cand era in conceptie acest plan si cand intr-adevar suna ambitios. Analizele le introduc spre vanzare doar sa fie ca si produs integrat pentru ca in realitate ele nu au nici o valoare. Deci succesul meu nu va depinde de aceste analize. Eu altceva vand, ce se cauta foarte mult, doar ca multi nu observa. Planul de afaceri exista deja, eu altceva caut in planul de afaceri pe care-l voi premia. In conditii normale, cand vrei sa faci un asemenea proiect, cum fac eu, si vrei sa pleci de la 0, sa cauti date, programatori, contabil, sa-ti faci marketing, partea de sales...si tot asa, chiar iti trebuie un business plan de la inceput. Aici este in schimb altceva. Eu datele deja le am, programatori am, marketeri am, am contabil, am avocat, si mai mult decat atat, toata lumea face voluntariat. Daca nu intelegi multe, nu te mira, e normal.

  The purpose of this business plan is intended to be for my own eyes, to have all my development, forecasting, marketing and HR in the same place, and after we manage to have a GO LIVE for the website, it will be intented for investors too.   Hi. Can I have the clue of what would be the end goal for this business plan? Is it aiming at attracting new investor(s) into your new venture, fund raising for bank/financial institution, or some other purposes? Based on my past experiences developing business plans, the target audience will determine the style, format and even content of the plan. Do you like to have it in a full comprehensive format (MS Word) or in a more concise presentation-style (Excel) format? Will the market data be provided or will it be part of the task (i.e. conduct market research)?
