+ Identification of problems / issues and how to overcome
+ Consideration of funding options
+ A timeline for completion of milestones
+ Competitor analysis
+ Financial forecasts and analysis - around set up costs.
+ Consideration of all stakeholders, including:

I am looking for a good template and good structure so that even if the freelancer cannot 100% finalize the plan, I can update myself.
