Why would he specifically put the words "Guaranteed Winner!" in the title if that wasn't already obvious since the contest is "guaranteed"? The wording implies that CH posted a project before and never paid.

I didn't create a project to undercut anyone.

This is the only contest I help - luckily I already own the domain.

I am amazed that someone has tried to run their own initiative to get ideas to enter.

This is a real contest, someone has simply ripped off my brief.
