Contest Brief

I have a website, http://www.brightongrp.com/ that needs a redesign. I do not want to change the entire layout and navigation of the site, so I'd like a new header, icons and side gradient colors designed to drop into the existing template. Please do not start with a totally new layout; I don't want to start from scratch.

The successful winner will have to provide all of the graphics files ready to be dropped into the existing template. Also, you must provide copies of the licenses for any stock photos you use.

Some things to think about:

I LIKE:
Square logo (our current one appropriately sized)
appeal to 35-50 age group
professional and still trendy, fun
"human" element -- warmth
friendly, positive
Informational, helpful
Team, trust
Transition photo (man stepping across rocks)
easy to access info (drop down menus)

DISLIKE:
Bright orange
Stuffy
Complicated, rigid
Too graphic (straight lines, boring)
Difficult to read -- unique fonts, too many serifs

The main image on the current webpage should be used. We like the man walking between the rocks.

I like the round pictures for some of the faces; it looks up to date with the current trend on Facebook and ios 7.

There should probably also be a Facebook Friends collage of faces added somewhere.

I just need the design and the graphics. Once I pick a design I will post a new project to code and implement it.

All of the designs I see so far are really too conservative and too much like the current design.

Hi, what i understand that you need :
1. Logo in Square
2. Menu in JQuery
3. Image Slider - JQuery
4. Color Theme - need to mention by you. orelse any thing other then orange.
5. contact form --> your email php
6. Footer doesnt look good, shall change it to better one?
