I am looking for a web developer that has creative design skills to develop a professional modern looking website. We have an existing website that is built with a free program provided by a web hosting service provider. It is www.lintech-electronics.com . It is very plain and dated looking. I want a new look including a logo. I am open to colors and format and creative ideas like scrolling pictures on the Main Page. The content can be the same or similar to what is there. I am not a graphics designer and have very few images to provide and will be depending on the freelancer to provide images related to electronic design and manufacturing.

I am not trying to sell anything on this website just promote our business capabilities. The final deliverables will need to be in a format that I can easily change and upload to a web hosting service.
