I am looking for website design and development my company. My company is in the domain of mobile application development. You can find sites in the same domain at below link

I have following requirements of work.

1. Website must be similar to website http://www.refreshmedia.com/
2. Website will be in HTML, jQuery, CSS.
3. Website font will be font Open Sans (http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Open+Sans) or better. But keep font size bigger similar to http://www.refreshmedia.com/
4. Images must be impressive as well as optimized for faster download.
5. Website must have Responsive design.
6. Website must be optimized for faster download.

Website will have following modules (In the same order)
1. Home
2. About Us - Will have summary on home page and have "Read More" button. Pressing this button will open detail page (similar to when we click any images in "works" menu in website http://www.refreshmedia.com/). Summary background will be impressive static image (which we could be able to replace later on).
3. Services - On home page there will be images for followings. Clicking these images will take to detail page similar to point 2.:
a. Mobile App design and development
b. Mobile App consultation and suggestion

4. Portfolio - Same as point 3. On home page there will be 4 images of work done. Also there will be "More" button. Clicking either image or button will take to detailed page. Detailed page will have sliders.
5. How we work - Same as point 2.
8. Contact Us - On Home page. This form will have following fields
a. Reason to Contact(Selection box)(Compulsory field)
i. Get a Free Quote
ii. Enquiry
iii. Career
iv. Other

b. Name(Compulsory text field)
c. Country
d. Email(Compulsory text field with e mail validations)
e. Phone with country code/ area code
f. Request callback(It will be checkbox)
g. Best time to call back in my time zone
h. Message(Compulsory text field)
All form data will be emailed to single e mail ID.
6. Testimonials -Testimonials will be videos similar to website "http://www.zco.com/". Clicking this will take to detail page same as point no. 2

Testimonials and Contact us form will be on same level.

Website will have "Top" button at the end of each module/section. It will take to top section of the page.

Deliverable
1. Contestant must first provide design of Home page + any one of remaining pages in PSD/ Image format.
2. Once design is approved, contestant must provide running demo of working site.
3. Only after satisfactory performance of second stage contestant will win the contest. He must then provide all source code of the project.
