  hello, i'm workin on a rather interesting idea for your website... but could you please tell me what colors you prefer? in the description you said it should not be twee or girly so does that mean pink and pastel colors are off limits? or were you talking about girly icons like flowers and hearts? please reply as soon as you can. thank you. :)

  Just a question -- I'm quite new to freelancer.com. Does it have to be delivered in .psd format, or can we actually go ahead and code it with HTML and CSS? Because I would have no problem presenting you with the html files, images and font files for this project. This way will help you out a lot.

     Yeah I realize that, but I am just asking if it's okay to present something to the client that will enable them to skip the step of converting the .psd into a HTML suitable page -- they won't need a web coder for this, as I can provide this.
     
     The .psd design will be referenced to create the site using HTML and CSS, right? Well why not skip the step and make it easier for the client.
     
     @srwinn I'll make the design anyway, and maybe we can discuss it further. Private message please.

  Just a bit of feedback based on the designs so far. We are really looking for a very designed site (much better than the competition we included links to). Have a look at http://www.streetshirts.co.uk for an example of a great, well-designed site which is a little different from the standard ecommerce shop. Design something like that, and we'll have a winner!

     Well, the trouble with having a site related to Beads is that it doesn't really relate to an environment that one can build an atmospheric background with such as streetshirts which relates to quite obviously an urban/street backround, it would be great if you could push us into the right direction of what kind of atmosphere/background you are hoping for.
