Contest Brief

We need a Logo & Business card designed.

About the business:
1. It's a web development company which provides web development, hosting, domain names etc.
2. The company in an expert in the web business & reliable, and the purpose of the logo is to increase brand and name awareness.
3. Business Name is: “AccentWeb”,
4. Target audience is small to medium sized rural business owners

About the Logo:
1. We want the logo to have a “SERIOUS or PROFESSIONAL” feel, not playful or cartoonish.
2. We DO NOT want the logo to be perceived as loud or complex.
3. We need a TEXT BASED, ABSTRACT ART Logo.
4. The company name to be spelled out “ACCENTWEB” or “AccentWeb”.
5. We would like to emphasize both “ACCENT” & “WEB” as different words; you can do it with font styles, bold, colour, text offset and etc.
6. Fonts used must have some customization and cannot be regular stock fonts.
7. We do not want a separate logo outside or beside the company name.
8. Any logo, artwork or marks should be adjoined or incorporated into the company name itself as much as possible.
9. Colors to use (3): Blue, Green, & Black/Gray.
10. Do not incorporate faces, butterfly, birds, people, swans in your design. We will update this as we go along.

Where will the logo be used:
1. Storefront sign
2. Plastic bags
3. Shipping boxes
4. Company Van
5. Stationary
6. Promotional materials and giveaways
7. Website

What we expect from this project:
1. Final Logo in all formats, in color and grayscale.
2. Full Color Business card (2" X 3.5") with 1/8" bleeds on all sides. (Name, Address, email, tel, will be provided when project is awarded)

We will close project sooner if we find a designer whose concept is acceptable and we can work with in achieving the final design.
