The client wants it to be simple, modern, and classy. Using light colors.

Hello. I have one question. Do you need a good design of facades or a good renders? I don't have much time and I'm wondering if it would be enough just to upload 3d model from archicad at this stage?

  As I explained in the brief, we are an Engineering firm looking for a freelancer to partner with. This is an actual project that we have and it will be as a test. Do what you have to do for $200 but remember that other freelancers are working on it too.

Hello, i can't see any dimesions of stairs ( number* height and width, for example 7 * 17/30cm) , also there no height of floors +3.00; +5.00 etc. Can you provide this informations?

I have 2013 version. building boundry is the yellow line and all text is there. it shows which floor is which and all info.

  Yes i have an earlier ver. auto cad I found the drawing but no any text. that's make problem to understand your drawing. you used same stair in firs floor that enter building outside. that is the main problem.
