You must own the images, film and videos or have written permission to use them.
You can use news segments or other copyrighted materials under strict adherence to fair use policy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use
You own the music (you're the composer) or you credited the composer from an appropriate free music source at http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/ and http://www.digitaljuice.com/ or another similar source.

LANGUAGE:
All languages are accepted (Non-English videos must have proper English subtitles in the video)

TO PARTICIPATE TO THIS CONTEST:

Produce a short video, a minimum of 15 seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes (2-3 minutes is good) about Drug Abuse and/or Alcohol Abuse
Upload your video to at least 2 video services: YouTube plus one other video service such as Vimeo.com (preferably in HD format)
Mention "Narconon* Drug-Free Video Contest" in your video and in your video title.
(*Narconon means Narcotics None)

Submit the links and "voilà"! You're in the Contest!!

The film focuses on the consequences of getting into drugs and the lifestyle it entails. If you like it let me know and I can edit required bits in to our clip.
