I am looking for a modern, high-end logo design for my project titled Thryve. I would like the logo to be minimalist and abstract in style. I will provide specific color codes for the logo, and I am open to any design suggestions. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in creating high-quality, modern logos and be able to provide creative input for the design.

* I will need the source files and IP.
* The logo and font should work for: Internet, paper, PDF
* Square or rectangle
* A Pictogram should be usable without the texts for e.g. the internet browser icon
* The logo should have the option for a Tag line (editable, extendable), but should also work without tagline!
* Line of business: Investment Management, Consultancy, Interim management, Wealth management, Digital inspiration and strategy, Research and education, Digital Performance
* Package should have: CI, Business card, Font set, Letter head and footer
* What I like: Color tones --> black, gold/yellow, white (grey)
* The "Y" of THRYVE should be standing out: Y (pronounced as "Why") is the key of our collaboration or conversation. Fundamental to find out why we do what we do.
