SEE SITE PLAN EXAMPLE
I am looking for an experienced designer to create site plans and rough drawings for my coffee shop project. The Space will be 2000-2200 sq feet, with a drive through. I have a preference for a modern design style, but I am open to other suggestions. I am currently undecided on whether I require 3D renderings, but it would be a nice addition if possible.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating site plans and rough drawings for commercial spaces
- Knowledge of modern design principles and aesthetics
- Experience in creating 3D renderings (preferred, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately represent dimensions and measurements

I have attached the site survey. The entrance for the drive through should be on the west side of the unit. The exit will be on the north side of the property.
The property Measures 54x130. There is a 10' laneway to the east of the property that may be used also.

4' setback from north side.
6' setback from east side

I need the building to be a max 36' x 73'. They will require a Garbage room outside of this measurement. Drive through, and parking.
