I need a logo and app icon for a nutrition app called "Lean Me". The app will log users daily nutrition to promote a balanced diet. I would like there to be a symbol created and then a text based logo (symbol next to the text). The symbol would then be used and adapted for the icon design.

The logo/icon needs to convey the idea that this app helps you lose weight through healthy eating.

Image Style:
I want the flat UI style.

Deliverable:
-Logo in a vector .AI or a high quality .PSD
-App icon in a vector .AI or a 512px x 512px .PSD.

Let me emphasize that this is an app that promotes weight loss through proper nutrition (eating healthy). Generic fitness related icons won't describe the core concept of this app.
