What i need is a login system to use with my application, but to be very secure ( no Session Hijacking, no Cross Site Scripting no Network Eavesdropping )

I DO NOT need the sql part ( i am checking myself the user and password in the login page.
I need also the session to be available for 24 hours, but i don't want to be hijacked or stolen.
Also you MUST set session name, because i am using this function in more web applications, on different hostnames and i don't want the session to be shared between them or to be able to use one website's session to enter in other website. I don't want this. Each website should have it's own session.

I need just 3 functions :

function secure_start_session() { here we will start the session }

function checkLogin() { here we check if the user is logged in }

function doLogin() { here we will SET the session } - this function will be called in my login page after login was successfull , to set the current session.

Also i need to know what other settings do i need in php.ini.

I will test this before awarding, and the best method will win !
