This contest is designed to be a website mockup for my business, SecretBUX, located at http://www.secret-bux.com/

The contest winner will be based on a selection committee only on design and nothing else. I will not provide any data about the applicants nor be biased about their previous work done on Freelancer. This contest is meant to be fair for everyone. Here are the requirements.

Must be able to redesign an entire website based on a Paid to Click (PTC) model. A PTC site is a site where members can earn money for free while viewing website advertisements. If you know what a PTC site is then just know that my website has extra features that is not incorporated into other PTC websites. If you do not know what a PTC site is then I recommend looking at a few, preferably Neobux (http://www.neobux.com/), ClixSense (http://www.clixsense.com/), and Clicksia (http://www.clicksia.com/). The design cannot be based of those said websites but are meant to be a reference for my website.

Must be consistent in the design from feature to feature and page to page. Multiple pages are allowed and the design must be cohesive for every single feature implemented in my website.

The rest of the description is a description of some features and screenshots of my website. You do not have to read it but it is strongly encouraged you do so. This is to make sure that your design can accommodate my features effectively.

I have put together a collection of the majority of my features in screenshots so you may look at them and see how it operates and how it can be designed into your design. Due to character limitation, I will not explain each screenshot but will explain unique features as they are not implemented in other websites. Most, if not all, of the screenshots not mentioned should be self-explanatory in a PTC site but feel free to contact me if you have a question about a screenshot or feature.

advertisements.png - This is where visitors and members can see the current list of advertisements available. When the icon is clicked, it takes them to the advertiser's website with a timer, shown in advertisement_view.png. Under the secret auction form, this is where advertisers can try to purchase an advertisement based on the amount of clicks shown. The countdown bar (from 60 to 0) shows the amount of time there is left, in seconds, for the current bid until a new bid is taken place. The Terms of Service Secret Auction section explains the secret auction in detail.

secretboard.png - This is where members can see which panels have been flipped (in green) and which panels have not been flipped (in red). Under the options form, this is where members can see the quantity of options they have that can be used in better odds of flipping a panel. The Terms of Service Secret Board section explains the secret board in detail.

account_loggedin.png - This is where members can see account information on the website. This includes their balances, experience points, promotional banners, and settings. The promotion banner shown is based on the secret board/secret jackpot feature, shown and described in secretboard.png. If possible, I would like a redesign on it in accordance with your own design. I also want 3 more promotional banners based on the following features.

One of them being how you can choose how many clicks you want (such as 374 clicks, 1922 clicks, 7439 clicks, etc.) between 100 clicks and 10000 clicks or choose how many clicks to purchase on a budget between $3 and $200.

Another one of them being how you can filter out members to purchase rental referrals, shown in rentalreferrals.png under Rental Referral Form.

Finally, one of them being bidding in a secret auction where the price will be between $0.0001 and one-tenth of the auction value. Note: The Terms of Service says one-fourth but will be changed to one-tenth in the future.

All promotional banners must be 468x60 only but can be animated or non-animated.

Do not submit an entry if you have no intentions to complete the design based on my specifications or even made the design. It wastes my time of checking and rejecting entries that do so. This is a contest, not an individual job hire. Remember that this contest started March 13 so I have given everyone plenty of time to come up with a design and actually make the design because I know it takes a lot of hard work and time to do so. Please give me the respect of actually giving everyone an opportunity to give you $340 whereas I could have used the money somewhere else.

  There is no defined color scheme. The color choice is yours as long as it is suitable across the entire design.

The deadline to submit an entry is April 8, 2014 11:59:59 P.M. Central Time. Any designs submitted after this deadline will be automatically rejected. If you are unsure of the exact time for your timezone, find out the difference from Google using GDT -5:00. The selection process will take around 3 days so the winner will be announced on about April 11, 2014.

  Yes, all the pages need to be redesigned. For submitting the contest, you may include sample text to see what it would look like with the design but all I require is the design itself. The website I have right now only includes 1 page but you are allowed to create multiple pages, in which people find easier to use, and would prefer multiple pages. The amount of multiple pages is entirely up to you.

  I just need the design, preferably in a format compatible with GIMP (.xcf) but if you want to use Photoshop (.psd) then that is fine. If you want to show a sample of using some content in the design in HTML then that is fine but not necessary. You are allowed to use content from my website.

Just a note that the designs submitted will go through a selection process. The sooner the entry is submitted, the quicker I will submit it and that gives the people a lot of time to provide feedback and help improve the design. You do not have to submit very quickly, like within this week or 2 weeks, but to get the best out of the design, it would help to submit it early.
