We are a luxury home builder in Austin Texas and would like help writing/rewriting our About Us page. The contest winner will likely be asked for additional services in the future for brochure writing about specific neighborhoods, homes, etc. You are welcome to use as much or as little of the existing content as you deem necessary. Winners will not be based on the quantity of writing but rather on the quality. We are looking for great content a partner going forward.

Please keep in mind that we primarily *sell* luxury homes that we have built. They are sold as a finished product. This is very different from being a custom home builder who typically provides a service to a homeonwer wanting to build a home. We sell finished homes like BMW/Bently sells finished cars. While we can build custom homes as a service, we do not want to focus on that as much as we want to focus on the brand and the product.

I've appended a comment to my entry #29 - I'd appreciate if you checked it out. I realize now that I should have exercised a little more creative license, but you did mention that you are looking for a good writer, perhaps one with whom you would have an ongoing relationship. Independent of the entries I've submitted, I'm a highly competent writer, and probably an apt fit for the future projects you've described. Cheers!

Hello, I appreciate your rating on my Entry, #27 , but I would really furthermore appreciate constructive critique Comment/s! I have never, ever received such a low rating on my work before, and I understand that I did not put the usual time-and-effort in, given the timescale that I had, but I would still appreciate feedback, given the three-star rating. I am accustomed to four and five stars, so when the work is "average", I need to know why, please! Thank you!
