Hello,
I need someone who can do some basic research on the "Sushi" Market of Spain, preferably the Madrid market. Since I do not speek Spanish, it´s pretty hard for me and I couldn´t find any sources on english written websites.
Whatever you can find about Sushi/ Chinese food, might help me.
For example statistics about, how many people in Spain actually eat Chinese food/ Sushi would be very helpful.
