our website is a social network for students where we have a page for students to select their profile type according to their university. We would like the selection page, boxes to be revamp and redesigned to look modern and like a student IDs.

1- i really want to see real work done on the pages not only couple of borders and stuff
2- i want the box for each university to really look like a real student ID
3- if you notice each radio button text is colored in a different color, this is the color of the different universities if you want to use it

if you guys can make a mock up for me to view, rate and ask you to implement.
