I need someone to redesign and update these badges.

Please have a look at the attached files of the design for the 5 badges.

The current shield shape is not bad, but also try a circle shape or something else as I think they might look different.

I need an update to the original and another copy of the same design but, one that looks different when mouseover or clicked.

Please submit final files in PSD and PNG format.

MAIN BRIEF
======================================================
1. For all badges, can you add a small addon ribbon like [https://badgeos.org/wp-content/uploads/edd/2013/09/woo-sensei-badge.png] but without the ribbon edges, just like a title bar that says what the badges are, such as "24 hour payment", "Professional Assistance", "Defer Charges", "Start Now"

2. Make an alternative mouseover or clickable look for each badge. I want each alternative badge have the price disappear and the icon picture enlarged and the colour and effect of the badges make it look shining and almost golden. Please also provide one frame of image to add as animation between normal image and mouseover image.

3. Make Online Tax Return cost $40 and the other addons cost $20 each.

Online Tax Return - I want to change the text to "Start Now" and I want to keep the existing picture inside the badge. Please make this badge more distinct and a little different from the other as it is the main go-to icon or service.
