We are a family of education, consulting, training and coaching companies. All of our graphics need to be professionally redesigned and updated. They were created by someone with limited creative graphic capabilities, but who has the vision of what each graphic represents and how it is to be utilized. There are 20-30 of them in total. Examples of subjects are: comfort zone, cycle of mastery, 9 keys to intentional living model, 5 business development stages, etc.

We need someone with not only good graphic design skills, but the winner must also demonstrate a creative flair and a sense of how to capture the essence of what the graphic is designed for. Each is a model of a set of principles, skills or processes to be implemented in life or business. They also need to match the new companies' branding. The winner of the contest will give us a good indication of the capabilities to do the rest of our graphics. There are other infographic designs needed later on.

This contest is for the redesign of the graphic to represent our companies and the various components of who we are. Sample attached. Website address available on request if you need more about our branding.

Hi Joe,
would you please tell me, will this corporate training graphic be used to hang on a wall for trainees to simply reference or will you use it online on your site as part of a training course. My question is specific because it will help me determine the course of action to take in giving you the best possible design with purpose and as you said above "capture the essence of what the graphic is designed for". You will see in detail what I mean later when I submit the possible design. I am very much looking forward to this competition.

Also about the contest price, according to what I understood it is for one graphic? or for the set of 20-30?

  I suggest you rate the graphics in order to give the designers a sense of which ones you prefer. Please don't close the contest early, my design is on the way and I hope to do something beyond the call of duty for you.
  
  FYI, yesterday I entered my first contest ever on freelancer and won. In my profile I have my first satisfied client comment, and with the idea I will present to you I hope you will be the second.
