What we want?

We want the redesign of the house/building, so as client said
"We need the house to look more beautiful, more attractive".

Details you need to have in mind.

The 2 bottom floors are not realy floors, we use them to show if the building
have or not Hot-water, Cold-water, Heating and what fuel is burnt.
Those floors must be fixed when the building have many floors.
The image "house1-scoll.jpg" show where scrollbars aplied.
A floor may have many appartments.
In every appartment must have some info like: user name,
number of persons, number of metrics devices.
In future may have more info but for now this 3 are must.

More Work will come
-------------------
This is the first redesign after developers finish the basic schema of the app.
This job it's only about the end user house interface.
The admin interface could also need redesign.

We already have other applications that will start in the summer and we will also need
a designer.

Can you please tell me what does the the numbers mean on each floor, and beside the utilities (like 1.5 at Thomas's apt). What is the purpose of the application itself? Is it some kind of property management system? Thanks in advance.

  The info you need to include is the user name, the number of persons and the number of metrics devices.
  The numbers like "1,5" and info like "1.Etage rechts" that means "1st floor on the right", it is just info that help programmers to place the apt in the right place.
