Need the attached recruiting process flow graphic redesigned to match the look and feel of the other graphics attached. One graphic is the company logo and another is a similar graphic that's being used in the same document to give you an idea of the color scheme. This basically needs to be made a better looking and not as boring and uninteresting as it does now.

Yes, Recruiting Process Flow Chart.docx needs to be redesigned. The leaves are not necessary, mostly just giving that as an example to show the color scheme of the logo.
