Note to all Freelancers.

This Australian Real Estate Busines was established this year. We aim to provide residential and investment opportunities to the Australian Market.
As this is a new business there is no set color, style, or preferences for the Logo.

Firstly, thank you. I have enjoyed reviewing many of your designs. Every single entry is reviewed & rated. Thankfully only a few cases were rejected.

If you have been rejected, this is because your design was completely off the vision of the company. Hopefully no hard feelings. I appreciate your time and effort. Please read on to properly understand the task.

If you have a one-star rating, this is an indication that your design did not meet the standards we are after. My recommendation is to meet, if not exceed the standards of those getting **over 3 stars**. Those rating 3 and above will be highly desirable.

With such limited time remaining I would like to highlight what I have liked and have not liked so far:

Liked:
- unique designs
- simple, yet elegant
- eye-catching with not too much detail that it is confusing
- well-presented colors that will make the logo memorable
- Mentioning "GAD Real Estate" with the full unabbreviated text under this "The Great Australian Dream"

Disliked:
- too many items on the one logo (making it confusing to look at)
- overuse of kangaroos or boxes/windows
- incorrect flag (this will be an instant reject)
- misuse of the southern cross (please study it correctly prior use)

As we venture into this new stage we need a logo that represents simplicity and elegance. Optionally, implementing the southern cross from the Australian flag onto the logo, however, this is not essential. I would like to see a variety of options from any given artist as this will assist me in making my decision in assuring I get the best from any one individual.

I will be posting more contests in the future and hope to continue to work with everyone again.
