DIGITAL ARABIC BOOKLET

Brief for Digital Arabic Booklet – 3rd May 2026
This project will suit a Muslim designer that knows a little Arabic

• Prepare a digital booklet. It will be sent to recipients on WhatsApp.
• It must therefore be mobile-friendly
• The booklet must be protected by a password that only we have access to and are able to change certain text at will
• The reader must not be able to change anything.
• So it will have an English cover and several pages of Arabic text, which is essentially Surah Yaseen, Surah Mulk, Surah Waqhia, Surah Kahf and a dua for deceased.
• The file size for the complete booklet must not be large to facilitate distribution over WhattsApp and mobiles.
• It must be creatively and professionally prepared and look smart
• The inside pages of the booklet must have a header and footer that can be changed by us only with a password
• We must be able to put a watermark eg “Unpaid Version” or any other message on the cover and inside pages that is also protected by a unique password and can be removed with one shot
• At the end we must number the pages
• Copyright and marketing message in the booklet
• Second page – “Contents page – no number reference necessary”
• The software you use, must something that we have (maybe like Adobe Pro) or any other software that we can use easily for this purpose.
• We would like to see and approve the Arabic font and type style. It must be relatively simple and easy to read.
• Although the Arabic pages are probably cut and paste pages the design must fit in with the cover design
• When the reader opens the booklet on his mobile phone it must open as a mobile friendly page. Flat and other pages must be by scrolling down.
• English text for the cover will be provided, but you need to do the design
