We need the attached graphic (graphic with arrows) redesigned to give it the look and feel of the layered-boxes.ai graphic. So replace the boxes with the ones that are in the Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop file and the arrow that's behind everything should also have the same kind of 3D look and feel.

Requirements:

- The graphic must be a maximum size of 6.5in wide by 3in high
- Colors – the first 3 boxes and arrow are to be the 4 shades of blue which are in the layered-boxes graphic.
- The bottom line results stays in that same green as is in the current graphic with arrows graphic.
- The font must be Times New Roman, 11pt
- The content that's in the purple box, Business Strategies and Bottom Line Results will remain the same
- The middle box content is changed to the following:
Business Architecture
Workforce Development
Budget and Finance
Procurement Support
Technical Evaluations
Business Development, Marketing and Customer Outreach
