I want a technical research ((writing)2000 words) and layout design (drawing sketches) for a THEORETICAL facility that produces the contact tooling that forms metal in the production of cans. Their customers supposed to be canning factories producing cans in massive numbers. I need two alternative functional layouts for the Tool Room and also to-scale sketches, in order to be, evaluated and justified which is the preferred layout for the SUPPOSED job.

I want it to be written, as it is written by, a consultant presenting the work and solution to Senior Managers (THEORETICALLY AGAIN).
