I have several pdf files, all with the same exact format, they are excel files scanned directly to pdf (so quality of the pdf is very good).

I need a script to batch convert all of them from pdf to spreadsheet (xls, xlsx or ods). I don't have all the pdf files now as I will be receiving them every now and then, so I need to receive the script so I can run it every time I need. I could also accept custom settings that I can import into a freeware software (not a paid or trial software).

I enclose one of the files (they will be all the same format). Considerations:
- There are two text lines on top. I don't need the part where it says "Fecha impresión".
- From the other parts, delete "Dependencia: ", "Año: ", "Apellidos y nombre: ", "Equipo: " and "Categoría " I only need the text in bold characters.
- Below this text on top there are 4 tables, I need all of them
- I also need the text below the tables
- When using OCR software some cells are filled with an apostrophe at the beginning, converting the cell in text. So if there is a number in a cell (156,75 e.g.) it sometimes imports it as ('156,75), converting it to text and making it unusable for me, I can't sum it. Please, make sure there are no apostrophes (') in any cell.
- Avoid merged cells, every data in one cell.
