3-5 page design for Brochure in a punchy Magazine style

Contest Brief

Hello guys.
I want you to design a magazine style brochure + a website header.
This is the kind of markting "report" like: "10 steps to do XYZ".
The actual document to put in magazine style is attached here: "Commandement no 2.docx"

The customer didn't like it because it lacks creativity. It was too booring and not enough punchy.

So, i want to have several suggestions of nice, punchy and magazine style, attractive designs. What do i mean by that, look at this report cover for example: http://screencast.com/t/TREHwQO12

But i want them fast.
Pls, in addition to the header, as stated above, design the first 3 pages only: cover + 1 internal page + last page (with writter bio, etc.)

Branding guidelines
About the logos, bullets, and colors you should use, it should be those explainned in the document attached. Doc name: "charte graphique ..."

For the colors, they are
Blue: P2758C - R:0 V:43 B:111
Grey: P427 - R:217 V:218 B:219
There can also be alternate colors : orange, red, ligh blue, green

Typo to use is: Heveltica Neue. If you don't have use Heveltica for now.
Bullets points to use is on p8 too.

When you integrate image, make sure to follow the guidelines on the page 9 of the doc "charte graphique clt no." like this http://screencast.com/t/ZkSrhkGZeu2h

If you have the time, you can make one version following the design approach of this site http://www.norauto-franchise.com/ and another where you go completely creative your way. It's also to allow you to make several designs that i ask you to do only the first 3 pages.

As soon as you submit them, I'll submit to the customer right away and will tell you if he likes it or not. So the earlier you can submit, the better.

I haven't chose any winner. Frelancer have closed the project and will charge me 5$ for unlock it to chose the winner. What i don't want to pay. So, they say:

Le motif du rejet : pas assez punchy, pas assez créatif.

Je souhaiterai avoir plusieurs suggestions dans un style magazine, attractive, professionnelles et punchy: avec des images, etc.

Je souhaite avoir des premiers jets rapidement. Raison pour laquelle, je ne demande que
- 3 pages: la couverture, 1 page intérieure, la dernière page
- le header qui doit être de 1060x140
Plus vous soumettez de propositions, plus vous augmentez vos chances.
LE BUDGET NE PORTE QUE SUR CES PARTIES: 3 pages + header. Ca me suffit pour vous dire si vous êtes dans la course ou non;

Pour les couleurs, il faut utiliser
Bleu: P2758C - R:0 V:43 B:111
Gris: P427 - R:217 V:218 B:219
Il peut y avoir des couleurs alternatives : orange, rouge, bleu clair, vert (voir p8 du doc "charte graphique..."

Typo à utiliser : Heveltica Neue, commencez avec Heveltica si vous ne l'avez pas.
Les listes à pucess à utiliser sont à la p8 également.
