I have a photo file of the residential exterior outlook image. I need the SketchUp 3D model of the same image file. You should create the model by using the given plan. I have attached the plan(inside the skp file) and the image below.
I have some conditions.
* Each and every part should be Components/Group. (for example door, window, wall, railings, the texture should be separate groups)
* Dimensions/scale of the building are a must.
* You can follow the same color and texture as per the same image I have given.
*I prefer a new freelancer.
*He/She need the knowledge to do the 3D model.
*Tamil speaking freelancer most welcome.
* Three side Views you have to Submit and also skp file.

More information I will tell after selection.
(Prize will be vary as per your output, This is my first job so plzz do your best)
