Need suggestions for names to be given to various levels achieved by people by earning points by contributing on our wellness platform. (Both App and Website)

This platform helps people cure themselves from diseases through natural means and helps them make wellness a permanent aspect of their life.
It will be a content platform containing blogs, Q&A etc so we need more and more user content generation for which we have created a points system.

Now what do we call the users at various levels of points. Examples can be Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond member or Army levels Captain, Major, Colonel, Brigadier. Something like the levels in Trip Advisors or Zomato (in India).

Something which denotes that the person is contributing a lot to the area of health and wellness of people or help them learn concepts of natural cure.
