I need a design for my new book “The Power of Mushrooms -
A Journey into the World of Mushrooms” by Barry Michaels DC, MPA, is fully edited and formatted—now I need a cover set that clears Amazon KDP’s automatic checks on the very first attempt. The genre is firmly Health & Wellness, so the visual treatment should feel authoritative yet inviting to readers interested in evidence-based chiropractic care. Scope of work • Create a print-ready PDF for a 6 × 9 in. paperback, including front, spine and back, with a blank area reserved for KDP to drop in the ISBN barcode. • Create a matching PDF for the 6 × 9 in. case-laminate hardcover, adjusting trim, bleed and spine width to KDP’s current specifications. • Produce a high-resolution JPEG of the front cover, optimised for the Kindle eBook listing. My photo does not have to be part of the design. Technical compliance Your files must meet Amazon KDP’s latest requirements for trim size, bleed, colour space (CMYK for print, RGB for the eBook asset), spine calculation, and barcode quiet-zone. I expect each file to upload without triggering KDP warnings.
