UPDATE - PLEASE READ: My client is very interested in the concept of having a pyramid/triangle as part of the logo. Whether it's a small pyramid to the left of the text, a larger one above the text, or even put the triangle behind the text. WE NO NOT NEED TO PUT THE INITIALS CB IN THE LOGO. ONLY IF YOU THINK IT LOOKS BEST.

You can try pyramids that are 2D or 3D. You can make it abstract by putting lines through it, Whatever you think.

We need to add a design element to our existing logo (Files attached). The logo does NOT need to be a tooth, tooth brush, etc. IT CAN BE ABSTRACT, INITIALS, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT LOOKS ELEGANT AND PROFESSIONAL.

I also attached a file (tooth-smile.png) of another logo that I like that has a tooth with a smile in it. That is just for an idea.

Sorry. I should have clarified this. We don't need the initials CB in the logo. For the triangle/pyramid concept, I think it would be easier to not use them. You are welcome to try if you want.
