PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH THE MOUNTAINS...I've received WAY too many along these lines. You can stand out by submitting something more upscale...think The Four Seasons as a vibe. Classic, European elegance. Typeface along the lines of Optima. Could be a leaf or something else entirely. Please DON'T get stuck on the Mountain thing...PLEASE!

Original post: I’m launching a property-management brand that caters to short-term AirBNB stays across Colorado’s high country and I need a logo that feels as fresh and polished as the homes we host. The overall look should be modern and sleek; think clean lines, balanced geometry, and typography that holds its own on web, print, and signage alike. The name of the company is "Proper Retreats".

A subtle mountain vibe is welcome if it can be woven in without tipping the design toward anything overly rustic—feel free to experiment with negative space, abstract peaks, or clever rooflines, yet don’t feel locked into that imagery if a stronger concept emerges.

For colour, work from the “Deep Blue Sea” palette I referenced (https://coolors.co/palettes/trending). The rich blues in that set should take the lead, with supporting neutrals or accent shades chosen to keep the mark legible in both colour and monochrome applications.

Deliverables (all in RGB and CMYK):
• Primary logo in AI/EPS (vector)
• Transparent PNG and high-res JPG versions
• One monochrome and one inverted treatment
• Basic usage guide outlining colours and fonts

The design needs to scale cleanly from a website favicon up to storefront signage, so please keep detail manageable and avoid gradients that won’t reproduce well in large format. I’m happy to provide quick feedback rounds and aim to wrap the project once we land on a concept that captures that perfect blend of mountain spirit and modern hospitality.
