Contest Brief

I'm looking for a modern building facade design (mostly for the front of the building) using Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) or other materials. The design should be simple yet unique, and can include specific design elements like geometric patterns, minimalistic lines, or textured finishes.

the design must mostly be for
1. front facade
2. slightly extended design for right and left (can be similar or different on each side)
3. must not prevent visibility for shop/store from the road.
4. ideally the majority of design elements must be on the extreme ends (edge of building to last pillar/column)
5. If the name for the building (to be determined) can be included in design (position for name) that would be ideal.
6. the building will be white with dark grey rolling shutters.
7. individual rooms might be allotted to commercial shop tenants who will place their individual name boards on their respective roof fronts. this must be considered as well

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Proficiency in working with ACP
- Ability to create unique and simple designs
- Knowledge of design elements like patterns and textures
