Name of the company is Elevate Primary Care & Wellness

I am refreshing the visual identity of my Primary Care & Wellness practice and need a modern, high-end logo that feels both welcoming and premium. The overall aesthetic I have in mind is unmistakably minimalist—clean lines, generous negative space, and nothing that distracts from the message of professional, compassionate care.

Essential requirements
• Incorporate a distinctive symbol or icon alongside the brand name so the mark can stand alone on signage or merchandise.
• Logo with black and soft gold colors.
• Balance softness and authority: think contemporary wellness spa meets private medical clinic.

Deliverables
• Primary logo (icon + wordmark) in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF).
• Horizontal, stacked, and icon-only variations.
• High-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds.
• Print-ready CMYK files plus RGB versions for web.
• Simple usage guide outlining color codes and safe-space rules.

Acceptance criteria
