I would like to create a flyer template for an annual event that I hold. It's a mothers day brunch for mothers who have children that are deployed military members, or in some cases fallen soldiers. We call the event "Adopt a Military Mom for Mothers Day". This is our 13th year.

Some musts: Must be vector, must have editable text so I can change the wording myself. I need a title page, a place for listing the guest of honor, date and time, location, and contact info.

For this year, the data is as follows:

May 13th, 2017
Guest of Honor is MajGen Dan O'Donohue the 1st Marine Division Commanding General.
Location: Palo Alto Garden Court Hotel
Time: 11:00am
Music by the Air Force Band of the Golden West

And maybe some other text boxes for other bits of information.

I've attached a sample .ai file that could be used, but not necessary. I'd like to see your ideas and pick the best one.
