Make PDF's More Life Like

Contest Brief
I have some PDF's of property brochures. They are of print quality and are the correct sizes and content.
My problem is they have come back from the printers (Just the Proofs) and they look to artificial and shiny, although they looked OK on a computer screen before they went to print.
I need some effects adding so they look more realistic. I have enclosed 2 of them. In total there are 6 including the attached PDFS. I want the same effects/layers adding to all so they look similar.
Obviously the best effect wins the prize.
