I am looking to make some changes to an employee check-in report.

Changes required.
1. Change range on the vertical axis to 40 across four graphs on the dashboard tab
2. Add conditional formating on cell D-E50 to match the colour in cell B50 (change colour as score changes)
3. Get your thoughts on how to make the whole file look awesome and easy to use.
