Contest Brief

I’m a busy commercial bricklayer aiming to scale, and I need a dependable estimator who can handle every take-off and full quantity schedule whenever I drop a set of drawings in your inbox.

Here’s what I expect each time:
• Complete labour + material breakdowns that reflect my current crew rates and supplier prices.
• Output generated in professional estimating software—CostX, Buildsoft, PlanSwift, Bluebeam or a similar platform—so I can import figures straight into my job-costing workflow without manual re-entry.

Typical flow
1. I email the latest commercial plans.
2. You return a detailed BOQ with labour hours, brick counts, mortar, ties, lintels and any sundry items clearly itemised.
3. You apply my standard margins, highlight any provisional sums or risk items, and flag material price swings if you spot them.
4. Quick revisions on request so I can lodge tenders on time.
