NPS is a company sister of another company called Novateam.
Current logotype of Novateam is fairly simple and we want to keep it simple with NPS.
Rationnal is to use the same type of lettering so people can somehow relate to Novateam while looking at the name NPS.
Since we don't want the logotype to illustrate the activity of NPS, there is no need to describe this one.

Herewith the logotype of Novateam which has to be used as a basis for NPS.

NPS est le nom donné à une société soeur d'une autre : NOVATEAM. Le logo de NOVATEAM est simple et nous avons l'intention de rester à un niveau de simplicité similaire avec NPS.

La volonté est d'utiliser le même type de lettrage afin qu'une personne puisse potentiellement associer l'une et l'autre société en regardant le logo de NPS.
N'ayant pas la volonté que le logo soit une illustration de l'activité de NPS, il n'y a pas de besoin de la décrire ici.

  Star attribution provides a guidance wether it rather goes in expected direction or not to avoid having someone working too hard for nothing. Rational in your case for 1 star was the font and colors used.
