About Morleys
Morleys Funerals has been in Townsville since 1943 and are the most respected and well known business in their industry in the region. Their chapel and funeral home is located at The Lakes Townsville with a view over the water.

Target Audience
The target audience is fairly general, as you can appreciate.

Design values
The client would like to get across the feeling of calm but also ensure that it is still corporate and respectful. They like the idea of using the lake and possibly nature in the logo or maybe even some of the facilities they provide – i.e. no trees or butterflies, no death symbols or religious symbols.

They don't like their current logo at all, it is font based, but they would like to stick with a largely font based logo. Perhaps with long tails on letters floating underneath to create a lake?

Colours
Soft natural colours

Notes
The client is not sure what they are looking for. Quote “I’ll know it when I see it!” So I am looking for 5-6 very different logos to present. We will then develop the selected design further so no need to present colour variations at this stage.

Deadline
