We are not academics So no more mortar boards.
Our target market are typically: Primary - Senior Managers (GMs up) from large organisations. Secondary - Learning and Development Professionals
We need to come across as a credible that transforms people
We are based in Sydney but deliver training globally in multiple languages
Our tag line is "connecting learning to business outcomes"
We tend to run courses for left-brain (detail-orientated) people helping them develop right-brain (communication skills)
The logo needs to reflect that we transform people / we make them successful at work
Our area of expertise is to help companies to shift their approach from providing product and discounting to providing business value solutions.
