  Please review options #114 and #115. They are more simplified. I gave a color variation. I still liked the converging arrows concept since it seemed to resonate with the brief as a symbol of resolving current business pains, procedure bottlenecks, performance problems and also to figure out ways to turn business oportunities into actual deliverables - but still the brand stands out as the solution.
