Hi, I am starting an aviation site. The site's name would be VertSpeed . The colors I am looking at for the logo are blue (maybe a few shades of blue). Can also mix orange for a bit of contrast. I would require a vector graphic file (for use later on & to edit) as well as a PNG file (for immediate use)
Below is what I want.
1. Logo in the form of a shield with wings on either side & a fluer de lis inside the shield. The outline of the shield should be silver. I have added some sample images for an idea. I like a 3D look for shield.
2. Would like to see shield with or without the words VertSpeed
3. A corporate style logo that include the words VertSpeed. Vert (in one color) & Speed(in another color. Speed should be done to make it look like its moving fast, like in a slant.)

In image uploaded, the shape of the shield of "Vertlogo1" is the one i like best.
In images "Vertlogo2 & Vertlogo3"I like the blue colors & silver shield edge colors. 3D kind of look.
In image "wings" is kind of what i like the wings to look like.
In image "fluer" is the shape i like, would like it to have the 3D look of the "Vertlogo3" shield edge.

These are just some of what i like. I am also open to new ideas.

  Thanks for your entries but i don't quite like the shield within a shield look. Wings are too big & too intricate. Fluer color & its BG color are nice. But shield shape not quite what i want.

Entry # 1, i like the mix of blue & green for the word VertSpeed but is the shield logo or corporate logo? If it is shield, then it's hasn't got that 3D look i'm looking for like in sample image "vertlogo2" & missing the wings & fluer de lis. I need the word "Speed" to look like it's moving at high speed. Thank you for your entry. Hope to see more ideas
