Hi Designers,

This contest have almost clear requirements, however, you still have a huge space to show your creativity.
The logo is for a website.

The goal of the website is to review restaurants in Jeddah city by users.

I want the logo consist of two words which are "Yummy Jeddah". Yummy is the main word and it should be bigger than Jeddah
Jeddah word can be under or in the corner of Yummy Word.

This is because we could open other branches for our website in other cities. For that reason we want Yummy is the main word. However, I don't want Jeddah word to be totally ignored in the shape of the logo.

I don't want logo to be childish as the word Yummy may imply. The site is for restaurants evaluation and our audiences are adults.
You have three approaches for this:

1. You can make the font and the shape of the words look delicious but not childish without adding any icons.
2. Or you can add small icon or icons with the words written in beautiful font.
3. Or you can use the two approached together.

The logo should be about the word Yummy. Even if you add icons, they should not take more space than the word Yummy.
I need your work to be creative, simple, and modern. Complicated logo is not favorable.

The color of logo should match with the color scheme in this template (http://demo.smartaddons.com/#sj-bakery) as we are going to use it. We need to see the logo in white background and with a color background which match with the template. You'll need to provide your design in the following file type: AI, EPS, and HD transparent png. Every type should be in a color version and black & white version.

The contest will be held for ten days. Good luck for all.

New Note by 13-4-2013: For coming or current designer we would like to see two idea which not been use so far:
1. Want to see Jeddah fountain integrated in some designs.
2. Want to see the logo or the word looks liks there is a bite has been done but in a very clean way.

Hi All,
Our reasons for choosing the winner:
1. Clean, simple and creative
2. Our logo will be usually seen in small size like computer or mobile screen and the winner logo will be very clear. Some designers add very small icons to logo which will be difficult to notice.
3. The winner logo shows the word "Yummy" very clearly. Some other good designs have an icon added in the same size of the word which we don't like.
4. There are some good designs with a face integrated to it which we like very much but we plan to have character to our website.
5. The winner logo looks modern and math our culture.
Again, it was really my pleasure to work with you and many thanks for your effort.
I was looking for a way to give good feedback in the designer profile for the designers who do good job but I couldn't find a way. It looks like I should have a project with to give a feedback. If there is way please tell me.

I'm so impressed by your works. Thanks for your hard work and your creativity. The contest is still open for a week so we are happy to receive any new logos and we will rate all the coming logos.

We rated all the work so far and here is the rating description:

Five Stars: No body was given five stars to keep the competition sense in the contest and to keep a room for improvement for all the logos.
Four Stars: Fantastic and competitive, may need minor modification
Three Stars: Good, need major changes. We may like the idea behind the logo but the execution was not good.
Two Stars: No body was given two stars.
One Stars: Thanks for your participation, your work does not fit our theme or it is far from our expectations.
